DS has had a fever of 101 since 9 am. He seems ok - playing, asking to go to the park but tynelol is not bringing the fever down and it hit 102 an hr ago. He is sleeping now it at what point do I call the dr? Put him in the bath to cool him down.

Without any other symptoms, I'd watch the fever.
fever reducing med.
FWIW I like Motrin better then tylenol.
Don't do the cool bath-it doesn't help.

Fevers serve a purpose, so unless they are very high or are causing discomfort, we skip the fever reducers.
I typically don't even give meds for a fever that low.
I'm sure it will pass soon.

If you don't get answers, don't stop. Go to see another doc or pediatrician until you get answers. That doesn't sound like anything to mess with. It sounds like some kind of infection or something with the fevers all the time, leg cramps could be a sign...
