Anyone know where I can buy Virtual (prepaid) Visa cards?
They need to accept PayPal. I really need to verify my PayPal account. I'm too young to get a credit card, so I'm resorting to a gift card/virtual prepaid Visa...

Here's the catch though...
I'd prefer/virtual prepaid Visa card to verify it.
It seems you can change it into a virtual Visa card or something but I'm not sure it'd work.

Anyone used one of these on Black Chip? Which ones work?

Why not just get a VISA issued by a British.
Virtually any VISA issued by anybody other than a Nigerian email prince will work in Japan.
I never understand the need people feel for a Japanese VISA.
