Can you ring the voucher company and ask them what's going on? Emailed them asking can money just be refunded onto my gift card and I'll go into shop myself rather than buying online .

Короче, твёрдо решил пойти покорять далёкую галактику, кинул на QIWI полтора косаря. Смущает такая вещь, как подверждение платежспособности. Там, насколько я понял, либо активируй ТК, либо подверди реквизитами платёжной карты.
1-ый вариант не устраивает...
