I am doing an anti-virus project, I have a signature file and I want to separate the signatures in it. It is all beside each other and in hex, is there is a delimiter or something??

Assuming I understand your question, it is a binary file... .
Use base64 encoding? If you really want to collate stuff in the same file (for whatever reason), you can use an encoding such as Base64 and use a delimiter string between different entries .

Other than that they might get better help with someone who lives eats and breathes PC's and get them to boot from that.
As the machine has a virus the only thing you can recommend is that the wipe everything and restart from scratch.

We have a problem with a network virus that spread through our network and most computers have been infected.
What should I do to remove the virus? By installing and scanning anti-virus software, the virus wasn't removed. So I want to create Remote Installation...

Once you get to volume....
This keeps the virus from phoning home (so to speak) for more trojans to download, more, reinstall.
While you're at it, set something up to quickly re-image NOW .
There's no other way to get a well-written virus out.

While I was browsing the web my anti virus program popped up and said that it detected a virus and asked to delete it did a search first before contuining then later a whole bunch of other little windopopped up saying writing file delayed or something...
