I have canada Work permit - W1 visa till May 2013 . and I applied H1B on Nov 2011 and Yesterday I got H1B Petition file. So shall I go for stamping- US visa ? Is it any problem ?

A student visa would allow you to study in the USA and you could stay as long as you were studying.
There is no such visa to wait in the USA.
The visa is ready then the entire case is void.

Your sister would be a better choice for sponsorship..
Therefore, whether you get visitors visa or not will not impact your future H1 visa.
H1 visa is a dual intent visa.
