Hi Guys, need some clarification please...Woke up this morning, checked the DIAC for our Visa application and it says "Application Approved" then you click on a link and it says"your Visa is valid from 15/02/12 to 15/02/16 (457 Visa) now I may sound utterly...

The visa....
In saying this, it is always prudent to take your Visa grant letter with all the local visa office and got our sticker put in there at the time, but not sure if things have changed since.
However it is not required.

i have a complex immigration history. firstly i overstayed for 10months BUT then was granted a student Tier4 visa when i applied. i explained that uni faced up my grades and i couldnt get a CAS on time , which took 10 months (BELIEVE IT OR NOT)...

We decided to put our house on the market but our visa application has just gone in, do you think this is a good or bad idea? What is the likelyhood of not getting a visa is all paperwork is in order and our police checks and medicals are ok?

My advice would be to avoid taking any absolutely irretrievable step before the visa is granted.
Want to be stuck here with house to sell and visa is granted.

The bridging visa is simply on an application for a visa which would allow you to continue full time work with your employer without leaving Australia.
Are granted the bridging visa - I too thought this might be the case.

finally!!
I am extremely happy to announce that i have got my 175 PR VISA approved!!!
I didn't receive any mail intimation as yet but i just check the status online and it was already approved
I can finally sigh relief after a long processing...

I have never heard of "the visa sticker it was impossible for me to even get a Myanmar....
Can you scan your visa and upload it so we can actually see what the case is?
im confused about what you are reporting so that would be the easiest way....
