Thanks a lot! Depends on several things.
Like the title says- If I take a multivitamin that already has vitamin D, should I also take a Vitamin D pill? I also take Fish Oil if that matters.

My vitamin D was at 17 so I'm on 5000iu everyday for 3 months then a recheck.
I didn't think they did injections? I thought Vitamin B had injections though. I know my Aunts have vitamin B injections frequently.

When I was EBF, our pedi recommended been using....
We use the D drops.
So, we've that all EBF babies get 400 iu of vitamin D daily.
Yes, our pedi told us BF babies don't get enough Vitamin D and gave us enfamil v di sol.
