Ok since I started this last week, I've been having weird, vivid dreams!
Anyone else experience this?

Just I have weird vivid dreams, I usually wake up feeling more rested, especially as the day goes not sure what causes them....
I started JUDDD 2 months ago with no dream issues until now.
vivid, memorable, weird dreams.

If you are having vivid dreams, does that mean you are getting to the REM levels we need from cpap??
I mean vivid and weird !?

So, a lot of the time, I'll have really vivid dreams, and the next day, it'll happen, or at least something similar will happen. It seems sort of like deja vu. But what I've heard is that creative people who have vivid dreams often experience deja vu....

Did other people find that their dreams got more vivid when using the CPAP machine? Hubby has been having some weird dreams and sleep talking in some of them since having the machine - I guess he's getting into proper sleep at last!
I wonder how the machine...

Dreaming endless 'vivid' dreams, but hey, dreaming is normal.
It's perhaps not 'vivid' dreams rather getting used to having dreams again.

I've been having these very strange, vivid, disturbing dreams lately. I'm starting to hurt myself in these dreams and waking up with scratches. Its weird and i don't know if its because the medication i'm on or what :( I hope they stop soon, last night...

Ive been bouncing around between cigs, e-cigs and patches. One thing I notice is when I use patches (i keep them on during sleep) I have an incredible amount of very realistic dreams. Anyone else?
