Volvo Excavators I was just looking for some feedback on what you think of Volvo's new line of excavators. My only experience has been with Linkbelt, Cat, and most recently we have been going with John Deere. I just priced out some 250 size excavators...

A couple little hicups on job sites and volvo pays the dealer to go to site and fix free of chargeWe are diehard john deere owners but that said in september we got a great deal on a volvo 235 really comfortable and smooth.

Is there a kit with a Volvo B1800 body? It is one car that is about as nice looking as the Cobra. And with modern suspension and a V8, it would make a great kit.

There are a few examples of P1800s with V8 by Ford and then shown to Volvo executives in 1964 makes for some very interesting reading.

Anyone here with a turbo Volvo? I'm looking at Volvo 740's mainly. What kind of gas mileage do you guys get out of these cars? Can you specify whether yours is modded and what model and bodystyle? Is it as DIY-friendly as a Miata or Civic?

Volvo's are easy to work bits, there are plenty of parts available and online....
Beyond that, there are free DIY valve body things I have had many Volvo's, one Honda, and a Subie.
Is a Toyota unit that will hold ~250HP without problems .

So I was browsing google images to show my brother the diffrence between a 95-96 body and a 97-00 and I saw this picture.
Clicked it and found that someone is swapping a old Volvo body onto the Lexus frame. I did a quick search and didn't see it posted...

Are Volvo's reliable cars? ? Car has a 50/50 warranty on everything but brakes and tires. Has 135k miles, it's a 2003 s80 Turbo. Want to keep it for 4 years, will it last without major problems? Ie: engine or tranny? Will I get by without spending $20...

There is a reason why newer used Volvos....
Honda or Toyota is what I would buy instead.
But I wouldn't touch a newer Volvo.
The engine uses no oil and oilchanges.
I've got a 1982 Volvo 240 and it is still going like a dream.

Volvo penta KAD32 P wont rev past 2500 My volvo penta KAD 32 p wont rev past 2500 when it's in gear.
when the throttle is pushed forward it will rev to 1500 and the compessor cut in but after the throttle handle has gone past 1/2 way the revs wont rise...
