It doesn't support WAP 1 WAP v1.0 either, the specs....
I should think that the phone's default browser does still support WAP 2.* (XHTML-MP over HTTP, TCP) as long as you have configured a WAP APN and are using it for browsing.

It is my opinion that WAP based browsers are pretty much obsolete because of the proliferation of smart phones that have full browers that render the sites fully in HTML. So it would seem that people who still do have these obsolete phones that have WAP...

Also there is the additional time and ....
My short answer is yes - because even if WAP users account for only 0.5% of your clicks.

We can't even get.
I understand that rational, but there is plenty of search volume in our niches on WAP and it just won't crack.
That much traffic on wap and we should move to smartphones.
