You can get a drive that could fail from either.
Egg to 5 egg ratings, the WD Blue 1TB and Green 1.5TB & 2TB get lower ratings then the Seagate Green drives.
I'm looking for a HD for my OS and programs that's quiet but at the same time fast. Is a Green drive meant for a backup drive or are they also made to house an OS and programs? #1
