Why White countries are everybody while other countries are exclusively for the locals? China for Chinese, Russia for Russians, Israel for Jews only, Arabia for Arabs but White countries are for everybody?

Russians are not white?
Brazil South Africa, Argentinian etc all mixed countries I'm white.

Why do Muslims move to Western Countries? They have so much freedom to practice Islam in their own countries and they complain about hatred towards them in western countries and about how western people have no moral worth so why move here?
