It just seems slightly coincidental that white....
As racist as it sounds if you look - hence the danger as they don't have the same laws and enforcement as 'white' countries.
White" countries are simply more advanced.

Here in the USA we don't pay a license fee to have a TV, but I know other countries like the UK do. What is the cost of the licenses in other countries you know of? Also what happens if you're too poor to afford one. Is there like a "food stamp" program...

Can you suggest some reason why other people seem to skip over the Philippines and choose other neighboring countries?
How do you view the Philippines? Do you think the country lacks something? or there is something that makes the tourist disappointed...

If not us, why not Canada? I was surprised to see this article. The U.S. could be in this position if we weren't spending so much for our military efforts. Now that we are winding down our military involvements, maybe that will change?
