EDIT: Oh, I figured it out...it goes through them one-by-one, simply is a great little program....
BatMan contains an integrated help which you can invoke by entering "?", and that has, Problem 5 covers this.
And in multiple languages.

Roxio support seems pretty pathetic. I have tried all of their so called solutions and nothing seems to correct this problem. I explain time and again that I have done EVERYTHING that they tell me to in order to correct this...
