I agree that WW is a diet, which my dictionary defines as “a controlled or improve a medical condition”.

I'd say it comes down to whatever you feel works for you and you're most likely to stick to .
I've never used SW but I was a big fan of WW as it gave me heaps of flexibility - but that was until I found MFP and I prefer this to WW now.
After having my daughter 3 and a half years ago I turned to weight watchers to lose the baby weight. Weight watchers is amazing and taught me that I could enjoy all different types of food as long as I stayed within my points. I started to work out daily...

I'm watching the Today Show and they just said that Jessica Simpson is selling her baby pictures for $800k and signed with WW for $3-4million!! I wonder if she was planning to sign with WW the whole time.

I have a bad habit of renaming people.
I was a WW member in college, I chuckled when Betty's husband was cooking the steak and said, "I can't name to the one going to WW.
I love the ww smoothies. I buy them only when on sale because I think $7.50 for 7 servings is way to expensive. I've heard others in my meeting saying the same thing. I think if WW lowered the price they would sell a lot more! Just had to get that off...

What I do think is....
I tried just water? Does it add extra points? Personally, I think the WW products are overpriced and over processed!! You, and no chemicals.
Cup fat free milk, smoothie mix, ice and one WW mini fudge bar in a blender.
