Woke up this morning with a lot of pain in my right foot. What should I do?

I've managed to extend foot/ankle....
Initial gout attacks are almost always at the big toe joint, not in the middle of your foot.
foot, describe the pain and its severity as clearly as you can to the nurse and see if they suggest gout.

I've been looking, but I'm not sure if I'm finding the correct walking foot for my sewing machine. I have the new home Janome Sewing machine. It does the snap on sewing feet - if that matters at all.
It says that I have Janome New Home model number 10...

Just get one that is for a low shank machine if there is a good video... .
Also, google walking foot for front a Hancock's just go there and get a walking foot.
That has to do with where the feet attach.

Can anyone advise if there is such a thing as an attachment foot for a Juki straightstitch industrial machine. I find when sewing seams in long thick materials that I end up with one bottom end shorter than the other. I know you can buy specific walking...

I only have experience with a compound walking foot sewing machine the upper and lower thread....
I have never seen a "walking foot attachment" for an industrial to as "even feed attachments".
foot machine is the way to go.

I finally bought a walking foot and cant sew straight with it. At the beginning it starts off wobbly and then I just get it on the line and it goes off again. It feels as though the its not holding the material tight enough. Is it meant to be like this...

I can walk pretty well, some days better than others, and since it's not too stong yet, my foot of not being able to walk and carry stuff, and to be ever so aware not to put weight on the foot.
