Wall clock time is the actual time taken by a computer to complete during which the processor....
Wall clock time is the actual amount of time taken to perform a job.

Found this small single weight wall clock at an estate sale.
I cannot find any makers mark or origin on what I can see.
It has a most interesting case - octagonal shape with inlaid design.
Measures 5 3/4 wide.
The weight weighs 12.8 oz.
