do you ever really want to be hugged/cuddled/held?
i've been working on being a better person for a time now, things like accepting myself, loving myself, trying to really listen...

Ok first - calculator question - I see that on the Dr. J site, they have percentages that go up to 45% "weight loss/maintenance" mode - so would that be the very highest percentage we could do if we're trying to lose weight, or should we stick to 35% ...

If you want to definitely lose, stick with the numbers that are specifically for weight loss.
I can't help with the calculator questions but I can with the hug If you're really wanting to lose will still lose.
