Back in September, the IMF forecast that the global economy would grow by 4% in 2012. It reduced this forecast to 3.3% last week in its new World Economic Update report.

When I put £15.00 of petrol in my 1.2 Volkswagen Polo, I get 100-110 miles out of it before I need to re-fuel. This is careful extra-urban and urban-ish driving.
Is this good fuel economy for the engine size?

I do very few of my own car miles so the savings in petrol economy aren't worth bothering-fuel.
After that to still get 300mi for £30 is pretty good as far of a car .
And completely disregard fuel economy.
