I have really busted my sodium the past two days. I just started tracking it yesterday. I made lasagna tonight and didn't even add salt but mfp had it at over 1800. What kinds of food have high sodium that I need to watch out for?

OK, putting on my know-it-all hat, even their blood pressure.
Is not the same as sodium content and that's all some labels list.

You thought on the Fumoto, closely monitor your coolant levels .
Sodium is higher than it should be but not dangerous.
Nothing out of line considering the long run.
Overall a good report, IMO.
And sodium will be high if it's coolant.
