Is there a Home Theatre device that will allow watching international interent TV on my LDC TV? I saw one once but I am not able to find it.

I like watching a new show the first time on DVD, so I can go straight to the next episode. But when I do that it means everyone else has already seen the episode on TV since DVDs come a year later usually.
What is your take on the subject?

I still watch a lot of shows on broadcast TV, but I don't watch anything live.
Watching a TV show without the use of a DVD player is a truly underrated schedules.
Better than on TV.

Hi,
I'd like to be able to watch TV in a window while working on other projects...is the current state of tuner hardware to the point where this would be possible? What are the most popular cards out there?

I have a Panasonic 3D TV (VT30) and it is hooked up to cable by means of a Pioneer (VSX-1021) receiver. While watching HD TV I will get occasional sound dead spots which last for a second or three with parts of sentences going mute.

Would that alone eliminate TV being cause on that equipment too? If it does it is the tv.
