Is there much difference in temp between a good twin tower cooler and a closed-loop water cooler like the H80?

I've been going to AX for ten years, and have always loved going to the hotel dances. They DJs are awesome, the music is fun, and it's always a great time.

Lol Cooler Master reckon it will be 10-12°C better than it's competitor's, I'm guessing the Corsair H100.

Picked up a Whirlpool water cooler and the water has a extreme plastic taste. I have followed the instructions and cleaned the inside parts as instructed but it still tastes horrible.. How do I get rid of the plastic taste? Thanks
