As for the eye thing, it's likely she scratched it (romping around in hay posses that risk) and is watering as a consequence.
And it almost looks a little inflamed...

The best cure is LA200 injected between the skin and the inner eye lid.
Yes most likely its inverted eye lids your seeing.
Added would clear those eyes right up.

If you breastfeed you can rub some breastmilk on it .
