Use the console command (getstage <quest ID>) to see if it registers complete, if not use the console to complete it .
Find the quest ID for that quest.
Find the special Delvin job.
Look in your finished quest log.

Woo Hoo...actually had a blast driving down the dreaded 9a this morning. Drove with a Blue (with silver) and even got a wave - YEAH!!!

A few stories about etiquette and waving to other bikers while I was out riding the other day. Why do people feel like they don't need to wave to others. Kind of rude, don't you think?

It's not always safe to wave all of the time, but between putting a few fingers up off of the grip or at least a little nod won....
Those bikers who don't nod/wave/leg out etc are just rude or commuter motorcycle owners who use there.

Foresters do not wave at imprezas as a general rule, we do not associate with the riff raff
I tried the wave to other Impreza's when I can, don't often get one back
