So I just ran into the spot about the size of both my palms side by side on the carpet where apparently candle wax was spilt. It smells like a candle so I'm assuming it's candle wax.
Anyone know of a solution I can soak on the area and make it dissolve...

I picked up a box of 45's, many of which were Beatles hits. Unfortunately, one has a monstrous glob of what feels like wax on it. How should 45s be cleaned? is it possible that the wax ruined the record?

I clean carpets and come....
There isn't much that will disolve wax that I know of other than heat.
Then clean as normal If the lighter fluid doesn't work try the lighter that should melt it .
Try some lighter fluid to loosen the wax.

Alternative to carpet for floor covering??? Any ideas for a floor covering other that carpet? I am looking for something that will dry relatively quickly. I should say something that wont hold water, and is cool in the heat of summer.

I have found it very difficult to remove old gum from commercial carpet. Does anyone have an easy way for removing it? It's just about to drive me MADD :x

Can I wax with masking tape? I've never waxed before and I tried with masking tape and it hurt like hell and there's a couple of tiny spots that are bleeding. Is it ok to do it?

So right there, you have skin, wax and paper.
You get waxed, depending where you go, they put a mixture of oils honey and just wax and they apply the wax was applied..

I use turtle spray on often.
As for wax, anything with carnauba or I prefer protec sealant
1987 glassport is and what is not a good wax.
It works pretty well.

When I was reading the instructions to install the lip spoiler, it stated there was a cover you had to removed that covered the inside of the trunk lid. For some reason mine doesn't have it. Could it be honda cheapened out with the lx-p model?
