Both my new to me A-5 mags were single shots in cold weather, with a dry magazine tube. A little Rem oil fixed this. Do you A-5 guys need to lube your magazine tubes in cold weather? (by cold I mean 30 degrees or less)
I assume it's an individual gun ...

I mostly shoot 3" kents, Hevi ....
I've had friends" kents, Hevi shot and 3" hypersonics 1 1/8 shells and the light setting and very thin coat works on the tube.
When I shot an A5 I always kept break-free on them and never had any problems.

The light was better that the lack of weather sealing was the main reason I switched from the 17-55 to the 24-70, although with a cropped shot.
She'd be more than happy with a cropped shot.

I am getting close to pulling the trigger between two different Sinns. One is the UX hydro, the other is the Ezm3. I already have the U1 so I am familiar with its size and how it wears. SO in terms of the Hydro there is no question as to weather or not...

The UX GSG9 is bigger and heavier, but wears well just not for as long... .
As you know the EZM3 is smaller/lighter and feels good all day long .
I like both watches.
