You have to do this on the client machine, who has a browser capable of transforming the HTML to some interface worth capturing.
There's no screen in a web application.

This will listen for the bubble up at the document level and bind one event handler instead of many. .

The IFrame would work, but this is a common hacking technique so it may be likely to break or be flagged in the future .

You may also be interested in onbeforeunload.
The web browser doesn't send any notification to the web server when the user closer the window.
