I am building a list of web Link to sites that I want to keep track of, and I would like to put the website icon, not the default browsers.

If the website is always the same you could try including one shortcut.url inside your package in the start menu, icon was included in the executable itself..

If you click on the "view my account" link, you are then trying to access the bank, and at that time the log in screen will contain the padlock icon.
The main screen does not have the padlock icon.
