Hi Ladies,
A week from today I'll be 16 weeks exactly, and having an early anatomy scan and amnio. I just wanted to check in, I know I've read some posts about early anatomy scans on the under 20 week thread, but just wondering what if anything they were...

That's discouraging would not ok a 16 week scan unless a problem came back with the quad due to not being able for the 20 week scan....
I didn't know that they couldn't really see anything on a 16 week scan.

So I must confess I told a little white lie this morning to get mine pushed up a week early lol. I said H was on business the week of my scan and I wondered if I could squeeze in the week before. And I am scheduled for next Monday! I will be 18 1/2 weeks...

I have a two part anatomy scan..had first one at 16wks when i found out....
20 weeks...mine is part of my sequential screen, and the parts are done at 12, 16, and 20 weeks.
My doctor likes them to be done during the 18th week.

Girls had 34 week scan today and baby is measuring 5lb 13 already!
Is that very big for this stage? Its our first baby so I dont have much of an idea! The girl doing scan wasnt very friendly, just 'yes' and 'no' answers so I didnt ask her too much!

Before you know it you will have a huge bump to show off and scan pics will be a blurr because! It's amazing how quickly they grow at that stage....

A week and a half later I had this is the case for you, must be very stressful! I had a scan at 5 wks 4 days and there was no heartbeat not to worry....
I had a scan at 6 weeks and was the same, no heartbeat.
Of those reasons.

I had a scan at 6 weeks to rule out an ectopic pregnancy, and on the scan there was something that no one could tell us what it was. Jokes were made that it was a second baby, but a joke was all it was. We definitely didn't think it really was a second...
