Hi all, Im probably just a silly moo, but my 12 week scan date came through today, for next Friday ill only be 11+4 by my calculations by then - thats ok though right? they should still be able to see almost as much as they would if i had gone past 12...

With them (that's what I had to do because I'm having my 12 week scan at 14 weeks) - I expect they'll11+4 sounds pretty normal to me for a scan I believe it needs to be between 10 and 13 weeks for all the measurements....

I cant believe Ive got another 7 weeks to wait until we find out! I don't know if I see a clear nub or not but if that's a nub it looks in line with the spine I'm guessing girl as well.

It's my 12 Week Scan today and I'm feeling nervous and excited!! I am 12 Weeks Today exact if the last scan was correct at 10 weeks. Scan is at 2:30pm!! X

Yup you read it right... my 20 week scan isnt untill the end of may as they are so busy at my hospital.
Ive tried to change it so many times, but they cant get in me in any sooner
So me being the emotional mess i am at the moment got all upset about it...

X Don't about the NHS one, its done at 20-22 weeks for a reason x We had to do the same with the NT scan.
Booked a '20 week scan' privately too and then kicked up one hell of a fuss to the hospital.

Rechecked..think of how many ladies don't get to find out the gender at the 20 week scan cause baby go ahead and have a private scan just because 4 weeks is a long time to wait and worry.

Got a scan date through for my 12 weeks scan from the GP, 'cept it's 2 weeks earlier, because they're going by my LMP which IS INCORRECT.
(Have PCOS, but charted and temped when TTC'ing)
What do I do?

They then cancelled my 12 week one, which would have been 12 week exactly! We weren't having nt.
If the middy still sticks by the LMP :/ its also worth noting that the 12 week scan is actually between 11).

And baby was perfect! measured 23.5mm i think i was looking at the screen and it wasnt on my scan pic which i thought it would be but she said baby measured 9+1 so i think that measurment is right!!
We even saw him wriggling around I am now booked in ...

My 9 week scan and just before my 13 week one I was told the risk of miscarriage is really low once week scan xx detected the chances drop to 3-5% I still panic that something will be spotted at the scan though....

Hi
I Had my 20 week scan semi private in the coombe today and everything seemed very rushed.
It was very quick and he only measured the babys head, the way the baby was lying we did not see face etc.
Is this normal? I was expecting a longer scan with ...

Yes that definitely seemed rushed!
At my 20 week scan, it was a midwife scanning me and she took scan in CUMH and I found out afterwards that the hospital don't do in depth 20 week scans.

Also my mum was told twins don't go to full term that they are born earlier but we went .
Must be the hospital we were born scan's there.
A scan with me and my sister 32 and 34 but did with my brother 24.
