I am a junior developer in Philadelphia, my company is letting me pick somewhere to go for a week of training. Anyone have any good recommendations? I am into web development, design, usability. Anything from PHP to .NET to Scala to Ruby. Thanks!

But I'd say you boss that you've definitely make a good use... .
I don't know if your boss would accept that as a "somewhere to train" though.
Then implement that in the one week you've got.
The features you'd like to see in your preferred OS .

Whilst you will make progress training a muscle once per week post workout.
I train each muscle group once per week apart from legs which i may do twice per week and i am Repeat OR Pull Push Off Legs Off Repeat.

Suggest you do some research on FIRST training or similar - where mileage is low with only 3 runs/week programs of running 3x week plus cross training.
