Im 15 yrs old and I can do.. like a 100~120 lbs Benchpress and my lat ( for the back ) the max lbs I can do is like.. 140.. will it Affect my height growth? I am 15 yrs old I've started weight lifting seriously about.. last summer only

I started lifting at 15 at all by weight lifting....
Neither authority believes that weight training affects height growth.
How bout lighter weight lifting then boxing? will that do fine? The National Strength training.

Anybody know what is the ideal age for lifting weights ? I'm 15 years old ,8 stone ,average height and kinda skinny and I'm wondering if lifting weights would be good for me ?

There's a plethora of exercises you can start out with at home, be it push-ups to begin with, and also work... .
So with your body-weight.
However, lifting heavy weights over your head is dangerous.
Shouldn't do weight training.

I'm having a Meet-up with a X Powerlifter, Strength trainer, Bodybuilder etc.

I have decided that I've been concentrating too much on cardio so I'm going to change that and start doing more weights at the gym and give up one of my cardio classes. It seems though that WW gives you more AP's for cardio than it does for weight lifting...

The way my busy schedule is working out I end up weight lifting right before my yoga session with my friends. Do you think this stops me from getting the full benefits of yoga because I am kinda fatigued by then?
