They don't charge any fees if you keep a $2K minimum (we're stuck with a small selection of Wells Fargo funds so just picked the 2020 Target date fund% interest with....
HSA bank is Wells Fargo with a BCBS HSA plan.

Just got my 1099 from Wells Fargo and see that RZV is my most tax efficient fund (for 2011 at least). Lowest Dividends and all qualified.
RZV was more efficient than
VTI (TSM)
VEU (FTSE Ex-US) --> frustrating that so many are non-qualified dividends...

I-bonds are tax.
You hold bonds in a taxable account as well as dividend health you might want to consider an HSA and HDHP, big tax savings at your rate.
Efficiency- This is the biggest problem I see.
