Its not a tram-train, its another Parry Ultra light Rail scheme (putting a basic and cheap rail vehicle on disused passenger or freight line) to build on the Stourbridge town service..

Both Epping-Parramatta and North West rail for discussion, where I have a Plan B which the Line will be extended West: Light Rail will turn left section.
To happen is the heavy rail needs to be built properly.
