Always been into Hi Fi and renewed love of Analog, I even use CRT FP's in my theater.

Talked with Loudoun County Broadband department and they were not aware of the installation .
Jim, I also live on HSR and discovered the same thing, but am unable to find out if it is indeed for FIOS and when the service might actually be available .
