If there is any chance of renting those facilities, it would be from Club Regina itself or one of the timeshare rental sites like www.redweek....
I believe you need to own a timeshare and exchange it through RCI to get Club Regina facilities).

When will you be at the Club Regina? We may.
My wife and I own a timeshare there as well so good restaurants that would rate much higher than Brasil .
About prices of drinks and food at the Westin is true.

My only problem with the Westin is the prices at the restaurants.
Totally laid-back.
Award winning architecture, great service, very friendly staff.
Haven't stayed at the other two, but the Westin is a really nice place.

Club Regina is a longer walk to food, even though it's next door to the Mayan Palace.
The beaches of the Marina restaurants are.
Mayan Palace and Regina are in the Marina area and near the marina restaurants.
