Sheets, this will tell you if you wet yourself and it will also protect your bed,
my own experience, but there will be a dry stain Evaporation? Or dreaming it? Are you ejaculating on your bed, sir? Well how do you know your wetting....

Not a hamster owned by the other answerers, wet bedding can encourage the growth of mold and fungus so their eggs there.

Bed wetting in grown children can be caused by an underlying medical or emotional problem. By the age of 19, 3% of boys and 2% of girls wet the bed.

My DD1 has just turned 4. She had been night dry from 3 1/2 & only ever wet the bed 2 or 3 time since we put her in knickers for bed. Sometimes she would get up during the night & go to the toilet, but mostly she would just sleep through till morning....
