What's the best dry food for dogs?
So I have an 11wk old puppy that I brought home about a month ago. I found him on Craigslist when he was 7wks old, he was filthy, full of round worms, and eating puppy chow. The worms are taken care of, he's UTD on shots now, etc and has a clean bill ...

In my opinion the best dry dog food is Taste of the Wild.
My dogs have grain allergies so this is about the....

And what are the first 6 ingredients?
I was looking around Walmart and found that Purina One Lamb and Rice for puppies was the best. It is 18 dollars for an 18 pound bag (not too cheap unfortunately), but considering the high amount of decent ingredients...

Particular dogs and the supplements we feed, Canidae is a great balance of high quality food and $/lb.
YMMV.
I'd live on Taco Bell & KFC before I would feed my dogs any Purina product.

Actually, I only buy Natura products for my bigger dogs, my tiny one to feed Solid Gold to both my dog/cats.
My cats didn't do well on it.
All 3 had the runs so....

What dog food do you use?
I have always used Iams Large Breed. In looking into the Iams large breed puppy I thought this would be good for the new puppy.
Then I thought about a little upgrade for the dog to Eukanuba... but the more I read the more people complained about the corn...

Was very helpful when I was looking for foods to switch to.
I feed Orijen 6-fish to my boy and Dick Van by the prices of some of those foods.
Im paying 78.
For 30lb bag of Orijen.
But my dog eats WAY less than....

Decisions Decisions - Picking dog food - little long
So I have 2 male boxers, both of which have environmental allergies, and I have always fe them grain free kibble. When I first got my oldest boy he came on purina puppy chow, which went in the trash can as soon as I had switched him over to a better food...

Than other foods.
Try buying smaller bags until you find the right one.
My boxer liked science diet on the best for your pocket, cause like I said, there aren't really any bad dogs foods.

Dry food for dogs
I was just wondering what is the best dry food for dogs. Is it worth spending the extra money for the likes of eukanaba etc....
I have been researching a little and i am trying to find a new dry food with the least additives and preservatives for them...

feed our dogs eukanuba because our boxer has a fat intollerance and all of the supermarket stuff of the packet it tells you weight/feed portions.
My dogs get between 2 and 3 cups each a night.

Coat and his poos are small and aren't smelly at all.
Same ^^ I feed my dog Royal Canin and I buy snacks I feed my AM Staffy puppy Purina Supercoat as this was what her breeder was feeding her, so and ....

Dog food
Native dog food has proven to be a good choice for my two Brits. I used to use Iams and when I switched it saw the coat of the old guy brighten up and also find less to clean up in the yard. Chuck and Don's sells it for around $43 for a 40 lb bag.

Well for the two dogs and the cost works well for me.
I'm feeding my Lab I Vet healthy gourmet it all, more fruits and vitamins and what not.
This stuff sounds really good for the dog and healthy or what ever....
