Sprouting wheat for raw "bread" I'm currently sprouting wheat to make raw "bread" (essene bread???) and I'm pretty excited about it! Anyone else done this?

Advertise Here I have stored white wheat and I am looking for a bread recipe. I realize that the white wheat is lower in gluten and will not rise as much. I would like to make it with nothing other than the wheat that I grind up. Any ideas?

It'll a light bread with....
I'd suggest putting some vital wheat gluten into storage too.
I grind mine in a manual grinder and it is more coarse in gluten to make great bread.
I know it can be used for bread.

I would do something as simple as a Honey Oat & Wheat bread.

I like Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat!! I buy Vermont Bread Co or Matthews whole wheat bread.
Similar points to other light a sandwich.
We like Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat bread.
Enriched wheat flour.

You can add all the measurements and ingredients in and how many servings the recipe makes and get a decent calorie count for whatever it is your making .
I don't, but myfitnesspal.com has a recipe function under the food tab .

Sounds like a pretty good diet, (not a lot of bread.
Switch to rye bread in the form of fuel,they`ll only get stored as fat.

How old is your yeast and where do you store it? Is your house cold? Maybe a little more rising time in the pans would help .
