All whole wheat products are whole grain, but not all whole grain products are whole wheat.

Has anyone tried whole wheat white bread? I was wondering if that would be more tolerable that just plan whole wheat bread.

I think the main culprit in most wheat bread (for me of two places that I can find....
I eat whole wheat that I get at Trader Joe's with no problem.
As white bread--I'm finicky that way..haha Diana I would read the ingredients.
Wheat bread Some sites say avoid it, but others say avoid white bread. Which is worse? Are we supposed to avoid all bread? That's BS!!

I eat wheat bread (and white bread) all the time with no problems at all.
I've been buying Orowheat whole wheat bread and LO and I like it but it is 100 calories per slice. Do you guys have any recommendations for store bought whole wheat bread that is truly whole wheat and just not as high in calories?

My kids LOVE it! 45 calories per slice, it is a light and airy bread.
I buy Sara Lee 45 calories and delightful 100% multigrain bread.
I'm just curious...if it doesn't have sugar in it or flour why is it not okay to have??

I know..Its a silly question..But what brand of Wheat bread do you use? I've been reading labels alot and most of those 100% Wheat Bread labels have soy flour in them and also soy oil and vinegar in there as well..Could anyone share what brand they buy...

wheat & gluten free(and some are soy free too, you'll just have to check the ingredients.) the breadI have been eating the Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat 45 calorie bread without any problems.
