DNS just points at an IP address, regardless of whose nameservers you're using... .
There isn't much of a way around that.
If you're accessible from the internet, then someone can figure it out .
It has to point to your host's IP address so of course they can .

Doing a quick search for "xap" on the Bing page source shows: <param name='source' value... .
I'd just do a view source and then search for xap .
Usually they are linked in the object tag.
You need to look in the source code of the html page hosting them .

I guess it won't help you in your problem, but you would do well to consider WCF or at least start to look at that technology .
Recommendation from Microsoft themselves.
You should abandon ASMX for WCF.
