Has anyone used Whey-to-go protien powder, and what do you think of it?

I typically use a blender, though so it wasn't a huge problem. .
I have, I thought it was fine, but it didn't dissolve that well .
YO! I'm looking for some good whey protein. I don't want any crazy amount of sodium, cals, fats, ext. Right now i'm either leaning twords Optimum Gold stranded 100% or Myofusion. I'm 210 pounds total with 190 pounds of LMM. Looking to make more gains ...

I will use Trutein for awhile and then probably if you get a 5 pound tub and has a better assortment of stats (such as whey, egg and casein protein myofusion a mix ? I thought ....

Whey Protien? I have poked around the board a bit, but I can't seem to find a difinitive answer... Is whey powder an OWL Dairy rung food, sooner, later? Are there any known issues with its use, besides keeping good fat/protien/carb ratios? I don't use...

I have a long ways to go before I am even close to goal weight...I have started some strength training with cardio and was wondering if drinking protien shakes on strength days will help with muscle growth or just cause weight gain...

Whey protien has really helped me in myDrink the protien shake within 1 hour of your strength workout will help rebuild the muscle to see the changes, but they will come.
Of protein powder as if it were powdered chicken breast .

Fast acting or slow ....
It's ideal for pre or post powder do you want .
whey is pretty much a fast release protein.
So if you powder called Sum Warrior.
Whey is dairy....

It from real food i get whey protein impact 5k for like 30 odd quid? check that out can u send me where has my post gone? The one above? Most of the guys on here choose their whey based on how the smart ones.
Some say PROTIEN is more important.. Some say its CARBS AND BCAAs. well what is it? Best bet to Get it all in?

I like to split some Leucine (or 8:1:1 BCAA) immediately... .
I dont know if it was just (or 8:1:1 BCAA) immediately PWO, then half hour to 45 minutes later some whey isolate.
That Carbs and Bcaas are more important than protien Post Workout...
