White flood is a solid Creatine Mono.
But i prefer WF on all aspects.
Which is alright..

I have tried many pre-workout supplements e.,g. assault, Jack 3d 1-mr, no-explode etc
But , the supplement I did not like at all is White Flood! No pump , no Energy. It's garbage

Normal work out days (no prewo) would take me on average an hour or slightly more .
