Around 2 years ago I borrowed a Wii and decided to get into the whole Wii Fit thing. That quickly got forgotten about and the thing gathered dust ever since. The borrowed Wii went back and was sold so now I just have this board just sitting there haha...

I'd say that Zumba Fitness is the better "workout" in the sense that you get more intense cardio exercise while you're playing it than the same time playing Just Dance 3.
While they're both dance games, they are very different.
