I'd say that Zumba Fitness is the better an adult then zumba fitness if your like a kid just dance 3
my mom likes zumba I like just dance 3.
While they're both dance games, they are very different.

Wii Fit also has different levels so you can - walking for an hour; Wed -- Wii....
Oh -- forgot to mention that the Wii Fit balance games and other stuff are also a lot of fun for week 1 and 2, then move on to level two, etc.
