My wind deflector by replacing the mesh with tempered glass and sandblasting the Z4 logo on.

Just started to notice that when the wind deflector is 75% up it starts rattling quite badly at speeds over 50, it does tighten up if i move it 100% but its still rattling..has anyone else had this problem is there a seal that needs changing or something...

Surely you should have the wind deflector all the way up all the time? I have not read of anyone.

If I did it again I'd cut the glass....
The glass still overlaps the frame but just barely in some areas.

Seems outrageous? Consider this.
Can fly well in any (reasonable) wind speed.
