I want to install Windows 7 RC. I know about the time bomb in June of 2010, where it will cease to work, and that a few months before that it will shut down every two hours.
If I install Windows 7 RC, will I be able to upgrade it to a non-time bombed ...

However, you will not be able to do The Windows 7 beta or RC releases were Ultimate edition, so you’ll only be able to upgrade to the RTM on exactly how....
That will leave your current Windows 7 RC install intact.

Note that Virtual PC VHD's are incompatible with Windows 7 VHD's.
As for booting vhd, you can only do that with Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 vhds.
To the file and click OK.

On my wired network my Windows 7 box saw my X-Box this, are you connected....
My Xbox used to connect and see if that works to eliminate the problem above .
Does it work on Vista? It does sound like it could be a Windows 7 issue.

I'm using Windows 7 RC so which version should I buy, upgrade or full? I saw there is a Premium Upgrade version I can buy if I have Vista or XP, but I have windows 7 RC, so I'm wondering if i have to buy the full non-upgrade version?

But you cannot upgrade from any Windows....
AS far as I am aware, it is not possible to upgrade from Windows 7 RC1 (or the beta) to Windows 7 the Windows 7 Upgrade Path to find out if you're eligible for an upgrade.

I agree with @Elvispt....
It would make more sense to just install RTM on the same partition as the RC, so that then It would delete the RC and create a new boot menu with XP and RTM.
If you don't touch the RC version it should show A).
