I am trying to order prints online from Windows Live Photo Gallery by selecting Print, Order Prints from the menu. My Operating System is Windows 7 RTM.
It brings up the 'Select a Printing Company' dialog, but it doesn't show any available companies to...

Or you could quickly might as well use Picasa instead of Windows Live Photo Gallery, they work together nicely.
The resize option is not given unless you are signed in to Windows Live.

Is there a way to have FaceBook chat in Windows Live Messenger kind of like the way Digsby does it? Like, without making my friends get Windows Live accounts. Is this possible? I have the latest version and I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate.

You can use any chat this.

Whenever I receive a file in Windows LIVE Messenger ,
the files tend to hang for about a minute once complete (100%).
Details about my setup:
Windows 7 , Live Messenger Build 14
AVG Antivirus 9

instead of:
