New recovery discs if you provide proof of purchase for Windows 7 and it is supported on your particular model.

That aside, for a Linux/Windows dual boot situation, I recommend using GRUB in place of the standard Windows....
The Windows Bootloader configuration is stored in C:\boot.ini.
The MBR simply contains executable code to start the bootloader .
