We, (NEAR) might have an opportunity to run race's indoors over the winter months for the same low fee as now.
The location is in Canaan NH.
It is a 50' x 100' wharehouse that would have heat and electricity.
It would be dirt offroad.

November can be the month of continual rain .
However clothes for the evenings and early mornings.
On sunny days in winter it is not unusual for the temperature to be 18 or 19 degrees C.

I'd be wary of spending a long time somewhere that is very quiet in the winter - for a long stay you want advantageous long lets around, so don't rush....
