Xbox in the basement, router upstairs and I can't bring either closer to the other. So am I better
process step by step.I'd go with the laptop and then obsess over finding a way to get a wired drop
when the laptop is around and working.
That all said, you're going to be best off with a hard wired

Upstairs and I would like to go wired, because wireless is not fast enough. I have no clue what I would

What would be your suggestion as to a wired router for my home that can handle 21 megs
with no problem. I do not want a wifi router with the wifi disabled. Only a wired router please. Would be nice
the Netgear RP614v4 wired router with good results.
They don't indicate which version is being sold

I saw the suggestion in "Wired" as well and read it a few years ago. If you enjoy it read some
it was the first work of his that I read. But reading the first pages in 'Wired' in...what...1993?...really
'Microserfs' then check out 'JPod'. It was better and CBC even made a tv show out of it.I liked the book
