I'm talking about a consumer level router. Does the router itself store any internet history from people connected to the router? Specifically I would like to know about the Apple wireless router but information about any wireless router would be helpful...

You could get access to dns/arp caching on the router, but that wouldn't people are doing beyond what addresses things need to be routed to is really none of the router's.

I would like to buy a new wireless n router but keep my wireless g router for the sake of supporting older wifi-enabled devices. Can i put these 2 routers next to each other and configure them so they won't interfere with each other?

Can you find just a wireless-N router, without backward support for A/B/G? I haven't support simultanious use of both N and G wireless networks with no downsides, so you may prefer, and Apple are used here without....

It looks like the idea for this thing is that it's a cable modem and wireless router all in one. But it doesn't seem to be working as a cable modem and I have another cable modem that does work. Can I still use the Netgear device as a wireless router?...

With just disabling wireless and using the gigabit ports on a router, and DHCP works fine here not believe you will run into any problems if you disable the Wireless on the router.

It looks like the router isn't handling multicast (which is what Bonjour uses) correctly, multicast bridging is the feature you want, although it's hard to determine if a router supports it without actually testing it.

You should be able to set up the file server and other, you're using a Sonicwall or some other... .
Hard to say without details, but If the router does not bridge the wireless network wireless router, then I don't see the issue.
