They will give accounts to anyone on chexsystems, and they are very friendly .

I was approved yesterday (applied online) for a checking and savings and Regions. I made my opening deposits in-person at my local branch today. I only made the minimum $50 deposits in fear that my account may be closed...

So you want to find a bank that doesn't use chex to in order to avoid a $15 monthly fee? Good luck with that almost....

I've been able to find a "Woodforest National Bank is a natatorium?) Yes its the Woodforest Bank stadium in Shenandoah, north of Houston.
And "Texas Woodforest Stadium", but no map or address.
